May Minimester and Summer 2022 Housing
THE MINIMESTER/SUMMER HOUSING APPLICATION(S) ARE OPEN
To complete the application(s), follow these instructions:
How to apply
- Log into your myBLINN account.
- Navigate to the Menu bar in the upper left and select Student Services, then select Housing.
- Then click on Housing Application.
- Select the application term that you are applying for:
- May Minimester – must be registered for a minimum of 3 credit semester hours.
- Summer I – must be registered for a minimum of 4 credit semester hours.
- Summer II – must be registered for a minimum of 4 credit semester hours.
- Read and agree to the Housing Agreement, then complete the application questions.
Once the housing application is complete
- The Housing Office will apply a $50 application fee to your myBLINN account.
- Upload a copy of your health insurance card under your myBLINN account.
- Your room assignment information will be sent to your myBLINN email account.
- A $100 damage deposit will be required once you have a room assignment.
- The charges for your room and meal plan will need to be satisfied prior to check-in. There are no payment plans available for the Summer terms.
Room assignments are in Mill Creek Hall.
May Minimester – Classes begin Monday, May 16, 2022
- Check-in: Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: Thursday, June 2, 2022, by 12:00 p.m.
- Room charge is $435 in Mill Creek Hall
- Meal plans are not available for May Minimester
Summer I – Classes begin Monday, June 6, 2022
- Check-in: Sunday, June 5, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: Thursday, July 7, 2022, by 12:00 p.m.
- Room charge is $700 in Mill Creek Hall
- Meal plan is $400 (15 meals a week, 3 meals per day, no meals on the weekends)
Summer II – Classes begin Monday, July 11, 2022
- Check-in: Sunday, July 10, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: Wednesday, August 10, 2022, by 12:00 p.m.
- Room charge is $700 in Mill Creek Hall
- Meal plan is $400 (15 meals a week, 3 meals per day, no meals on the weekends)

- Minimester and/or summer assignments do not guarantee a room or the same room for fall
