The Office of External Affairs provides support to Blinn faculty and staff seeking to apply for external funding to develop projects or programs in support of the mission of the College. The Grant development program provides on-going grant consultation including writing and preparatory functions designed to prepare and submit proposals for grant and external funding. The grant development program engages in research and writing either collaboratively or on behalf of Blinn faculty and staff.

Through College and Grants Development Blinn creates partnerships between the College and external funders to advance the mission and vision of the College.
