Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS)

• TEAS is a computer-based nursing applicant test offered at the Brenham, Bryan and Schulenburg Campuses
• Required for admission into these programs:

Vocational Nursing (VOCN)

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• VOCN Program: Applicants MUST attend one of the required Information Sessions where they will receive their TEAS Registration Permission Slip (Brenham and Bryan ONLY)
• ADN Program: Applicants MUST complete the application process and have the application approved. Then they will receive their TEAS Registration Permission Slip by mail.
• Bring your TEAS Registration Slip to any Blinn College Enrollment Services Office before scheduled deadlines and pay a $10 non-refundable/non-transferable fee Administration fee in cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover.
• On test day, a $25 payment to the testing company is required by credit or debit card.
• Study Guide for the TEAS is available online from the testing company, ATI: www.atitesting.com
• Admission Ticket, Photo ID, and payment are required for admission to test.
• A valid e-mail address is required.
• If retesting, you must wait 4 weeks between tests.
• IMPORTANT:  To facilitate your testing process, go to www.atitesting.com and create a user name and password before your selected test date.  Bring your user name and password on test day.
