HOBET (Health Occupations Basic Entrance Test)

• HOBET is offered at the Bryan and Schulenburg Campuses  
• Required for admission into these programs:
  
  Dental Hygiene
  EMT – Paramedic Technology
  Physical Therapist Assistant
  Radiologic Technology
  Surgical Technology

How to register

• Go to the Enrollment Services Office and pay a $35 non-refundable/non-transferable test fee (cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover accepted). Photo ID is required at time of registration and again on test day.
• HOBET can be taken once every four weeks
• Study Guide for the HOBET is available at all Blinn College Libraries, the city libraries of Brenham, Bryan, College Station, and Schulenburg; or may be purchased at all Blinn College Campus Bookstores; or order online from the testing company, ERI:

• Admission Ticket and Photo ID required for admission to test.
• If retesting, you must wait 4 weeks between tests.
