ACCUPLACER/COMPASS

The ACCUPLACER and COMPASS test are computerized test in reading, writing (essay included), and mathematics which satisfies the state requirement for placement testing. Test scores are available immediately after completion. The test is untimed but usually takes approximately 2 1/2 hours to test in all sections. Please allow at least 3 hours for test completion.

ACCUPLACER is offered at the Brenham, Bryan, Schulenburg, and Sealy Campuses

COMPASS is offered at the Brenham, Bryan and Schulenburg Campuses

How to register

Go to Enrollment Services and pay a $45 Test Fee. This fee is non-transferable and non-refundable (cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover accepted). Photo ID is required at time of payment and again on test day.
Upon registering, you will receive an Admission Ticket and instructions for testing.
The ACCUPLACER or COMPASS test can only be taken once every two weeks.

Testing 9am-1:30pm only
Once you select the exam date you want
go to the office of Enrollment Services and they will
director you to the Testing site.

Saturday Testing

Location: Health building, room 225
Park in the parking lot nearest the Health building
Enter doors nearest the parking 2nd floor
