PAYING MY TUITION

 

Failure to pay tuition and fees by your payment deadline may result in your being dropped from the classes.

Important: Students do not receive tuition bills in the mail, it is your responsibility to ensure payment is made by the deadline.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Effective July 20, 2011, Blinn College will begin assessing a convenience fee of 2.75% for online credit card transactions.  Students may avoid a convenience fee by paying by e-check online. Students will not be charged a convenience fee when they make a payment by credit card in person at any Blinn College Campus.

Due to VISA rules and regulations pertaining to convenience fees, Blinn College will no longer accept VISA payment online.  Students may use their VISA cards to make payments in person at any Blinn College Campus.

  • Check (temporary checks are not accepted)
  • Money Order, Cashier’s Check
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa)

Internet Payment

  • Log in to student account in My.Blinn
  • Open the “My Records” tab
  • In the “Payments” Box, click the live link: “Pay your balance in full”
  • Pay by e-check or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard)
  • Convenience fee of 2.75% added for credit card payments

 

Installment Plan

  • A payment plan is available for long semesters (Fall or Spring) only
  • The payment plan is offered through a third party vendor, Nelnet, for the total amount that a student owes, including tuition, fees, room, board, and miscellaneous charges
  • Log in to My.Blinn
  • Open the “My Records” tab
  • In the Payments box, click the live link: “Make a payment plan”
  • Pay by e-check or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard)
  • Convenience fee of 2.75% added for credit card payments

 

By Mail

  • Place the student’s Blinn ID number on the check
  • Payment must be received prior to the payment due date, per the Blinn Calendar
  • Please do not send cash
