Failure to pay tuition and fees by your payment deadline may result in your being dropped from the classes.
Important: Students do not receive tuition bills in the mail, it is your responsibility to ensure payment is made by the deadline.

• Log on to BORIS with your Blinn ID# and password.
• View your charges and pay by selecting the “Payments” Tab.
• MUST PAY ENTIRE BALANCE DUE WITH CREDIT CARD OR E-CHECK.

• Payments may be made at Enrollment Services or the Business Office on each
campus.
• Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.
Installment Payment Plan
• Blinn College offers a payment plan through Nelnet Business
Solutions (formerly FACTS Management) for the total of tuition,
fees, room and board.
• Students must sign up for the payment plan through the BORIS
registration system.
• Payment options vary by semester and registration date.

By Mail
• The student’s Blinn ID must be on the check to ensure
the payment is credited to the correct account.
• Payment must be received in the Business Office prior to the
payment due date.
• Please do not send cash.
