Beginning in the Fall of 2008, all Blinn College refunds will be disbursed by Higher One, a financial services company that focuses solely on higher education.
Look for your Higher One refund card in the mail shortly. Following the instructions supplied with your card to activate your refund choices, one of which is an ACH deposit directly to your current bank account.
