Returned Check Policy

  • When a check is returned unpaid, the student will be notified through a courtesy call and email. The check has to be redeemed within 10 days plus the service fee of $25 in U.S. currency, credit card, or certified funds.
  • Once the student’s account reflects the return of an unpaid check, all payments must be made by U.S. currency, certified funds, or credit card.
  • A returned check for tuition and fees, if not redeemed within the 10 day period, may result in the student being dropped from all classes. A $50 reinstatement fee is due if the student wants to be reinstated in classes.
