I am a local native and graduated from Brenham High School in 1980. I then earned A.A. and A.S. degrees from Blinn College. In 1983 I received my B.B.A. and in 1985 my M.B.A. both from Sam Houston State University. I began my teaching career at Blinn College in 1987 after being recruited by President and good friend, Walter Schwartz.

I am a true outdoorsman who likes to hunt and fish. I also raise cattle and love my dogs.
