Currently, Kevin is working towards a master's degree in literacy instruction from Texas A&M. Being a fan of words himself, Kevin hopes to see students at Blinn realize the power of their own voices through writing. Kevin and his wife Latonya moved to Texas from Kansas City, Missouri. They have many recommendations for good KC bar-b-cue. |
Jason Trevino
Writing Assistant
|
Jason graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a dual BA in English Literature and TESOL/Applied Linguistics. While in school, he focused on medieval and early modern literature which led to quite a bit of research in Arthuriana and its contributions to 19th and 20th century notions of white supremacy. Though he should be all Arthur-ed out, this fledgling Arthurian is constantly poked by the spear of destiny at the mention of anything Arthur. For fun he studies the Irish language, writes poetry, and also does "normal" fun stuff. |
