May 9, 2015, Board of Trustees Election Information

Blinn College, Junior College District of Washington County, will order an Election to be held on May 9, 2015, Electing One Trustee Each for Precinct Positions 1, 3 and 4. Precinct Positions 1 and 4 are for six-year terms and Precinct Position 3 is for two-years to complete the remaining portion of a six-year term.

Candidate Filing Period is from
8am on January 28, 2015, thru 5pm on February 27, 2015.

Candidate Filing Packets are available each weekday (8am-5pm) from January 28, 2015, thru February 27, 2015, Administration Building (third floor), 802 Green Street, Brenham, Texas. Candidates can either pick up a hard copy packet or request to have an index of websites emailed to them to reduce waste. 

Blinn College Board of Trustee Elections-General Information

The Blinn College Board of Trustees consists of seven members, one Trustee from each Washington County Commissioner’s Precinct and three by place (at large), and serve six-year terms. A candidate for Trustee representing a county precinct district must be a resident of that precinct he or she seeks to represent. All eligible voters of Washington County vote on all Trustees.
