fee sent to Marcie Phipps, TEACH Assistant
- Three letters of reference sent to Theresa
Wahrmund, TEACH Director
- THEA taken and copy of score report sent
to Marcie Phipps, TEACH Assistant
- Official transcripts (**mailed
to Marcie Phipps, TEACH Assistant) from EACH college/university
attended. (To insure that transcript information is available,
you may send unofficial transcripts until official are received).
**Please note that transcripts sent electronically
cannot be accessed by our office due to privacy issues**
