Dreamweaver Quick Reference

1. Click on Window – Properties.  The word “Properties” will appear at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click on the word “Properties” at the bottom of the screen.
3. The properties box will appear.

Changing the page properties

1. Click on Modify – Page Properties.

Title: the title that appears in the blue bar at the top of the browser.
Text: the color of the text on the page
Links: the color of the links before they are clicked.
Visited Links: color of links once they have been clicked.

Clicking APPLY will give you a preview of what the change will look like.

Inserting Objects and Previewing in a Browser

*  If you don’t see the INSERT tool bar above, click on WINDOW – INSERT and it should appear.
