What is eCampus (ANGEL)?

• ANGEL is a web-based course management system (LMS) and collaboration portal that enables educators to manage course materials and to communicate with students.

• ANGEL can function as both as a complement to traditional courses and as a delivery system for distance learning.

• eCampus is the local name given to ANGEL by Blinn College and may be accessed at http://eCampus.blinn.edu

ANGEL's HTML editor is a full "What You See Is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) editor that instructors can use to create formatted lesson content. The editor is present on ANGEL content items such as folders, drop boxes, discussion forums, assessments, email messages, etc. Macros are part of the HTML editor. Macro's save instructors time and effort by allowing the creation and insertion of auto-text entries of text into content items such as course mail messages.
