How to Transfer a Caller directly to Voice Mail

1. Have caller on the phone

2. Press TRANSFER

3. Key in 4301 (Express Mail)

4. When prompted, enter in mailbox number to TRANSFER to and press the # key

5. IMMEDIATELY press CONNECT

6. Call is transferred to the mailbox
