Phone system

Academic Technology maintains a networked PBX phone system connecting all campuses. This system enables four digit dialing to reach any college phone. Brenham is assigned numbers in the 4000 range, Bryan the 7000 range and Schulenburg in the 5000 range.

Voicemail:
Voicemail is provided by default on all phones connected with the PBX. To access voicemail on campus dial 4300.
To check voicemail when off campus in the:
Brenham community dial 830-4300
Bryan/College Station community dial 209-7575
Schulenburg community dial 743-5252

Express Messaging (direct to voicemail) can be accessed by dialing 4301 or 979-830-4301.

Changes to phone services and voicemail can be requested by filling out the phone help form or by calling HELP (4357). You will receive an e-mail confirmation for your help desk ticket. It will contain a reference number and detail the problem. Once the request has been addressed you will receive a closing e-mail describing the service completed.
