Academic Technology maintains seventeenTandberg room systems in cooperation
with the Distance Education department. The equipment is used to teach
classes between campuses and area high schools, conduct meetings and bring
in guest speakers.
To view the current room and system reservations use the online calendar. Once there, select a room from the drop down menu.
To request a room reservation please fill out the IVC request form. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation via e-mail from Margene McAden 979-209-7208.
