Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
gives students certain rights with respect
to their education records. You have the right to inspect and
review your education records, the right to request an amendment
of records that you believe are inaccurate, the right to consent
to disclosures of personally identifiable information contained
in your education records, and the right to file a complaint
with the U.S. Department of Education if the university fails
to comply with the requirements of FERPA. For more information

Loan Deferments for Performed
Services includes terms and conditions of deferments for service in the
Peace Corps, service under the Domestic Volunteer Service
Act of 1973, and comparable volunteer service for tax-exempt

Privacy Rights of Students Blinn College informs students of the Family Educational Rights and
Privacy Act of 1974. This act was designed to protect the privacy
of educational records, to establish the rights of students to inspect
and review their educational records, and to provide guidelines for the
correction of inaccurate or
misleading data through informal and formal hearings.
