Mr. Stellges was born in Rock Island, Illinois. He was raised in San Antonio, Texas. He moved to the Bryan/College Station area in 1986. His hobbies include Sports Officiating and fishing. He has been affiliated with Baseball and Football. He is currently a working official in the Southland, Big 12, and Sun Belt Conferences as a football official. He is also a working official in the Southland, Mountain West, and West Coast Conferences. He is involved with the Brazos Valley Sports Foundation. Mr. Stellges is married and has 3 kids.

Mr. Stellges received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts both from Texas A&M University in 1988 and 1989 respectively.

Mr. Stellges joined Blinn in 1990. He teaches Sports Officiating and Govt. 2306.
