Educational Production Specialist, University of Houston, Houston, TX 2006- present Supervise graduate assistants, produce Trainer Certificate Institute, Dept. Liaison.

Assistant Chair, Division of Fine Arts, Blinn College, Bryan TX 2005-2006 Supervised part-time faculty, oversaw and developed visual art curriculum and studios, updated master syllabi and pre/post tests, reported on program review goals, maintained division website.

Teach Art History (The Western Tradition) I and II, Design I, and Drawing I. Art History is offered both in actual class and on line. Developing a foundation Art Studio program. Participated in the production of the Master Syllabus and the Pre/Post-test for Art History II. Develop the Service Learning Program, create infrastructure, propose systems, forms and assessment methods.

Regional Director, NCBI International (National Coalition Building Institute – Campus Project,) Texas Campuses, 2003 – current
Make monthly calls to directors of NCBI campus chapters in the state of Texas: University of Texas (Austin), University of Houston, University of Houston – Clear Lake, Delmar College, and Baylor School of Dentistry. Review reports and serve as support person to directors and leaders. Report results to NCBI International Office and remain in contact with NCBI Campus Project Director in Columbia University.

Coordinator of Gender Issues Education, Texas A&M University 2001-2002
Oversaw the Office of Gender Issues Education in the Dept. of Student Life. Supervised office staff, two graduate assistants and one student worker. Managed a yearly budget of about 20 to 25,000. Advocate of survivors of sexual violence, maintained and updated a gender issues library, database, provided educational/classroom presentations, prevention lectures, collaboration with community advocacy groups (Phoebe’s Home, Rape Crisis Center, local police departments, etc.) and directed the Texas A&M NCBI affiliate.

Taught “Women in Art” an innovative interdisciplinary course which included lectures, slide presentations, research, reflection, (journal) and creative production as a means to process current and past art theory and art work by women, (both professional arts and traditional crafts, with and without function) in the USA, Asia, Europe, Africa and South America.

In addition to the studio teaching responsibilities, member of the Women Studies Advisory Board, Seton Hill Forward Magazine Editorial Board, and the Executive Council of the Faculty Senate. Also served in the “Case Study” committee for the capital campaign, and the alumni phonaton. Director of The NCBI Affiliate at Seton Hill.

Taught Drawing I - V, Painting I – V, Nontoxic Printmaking: Intaglio, Screen and Relief Printing. Taught Service-Learning class where students painted an outdoor mural for a nonprofit organization. Mural was reviewed by all regional newspapers and featured in "Murals of Pittsburg" (see publications below.) Served in the Retention and Affirmative Action Committees.
